A. Christmas No-Bake Chocolate Snowballs Recipe
Ingredients
- 200g (2 cups) crushed biscuits (digestive or graham crackers)
- 100g (1 cup) desiccated coconut (plus extra for rolling)
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 can (395g) sweetened condensed milk
- Optional: Sprinkles or edible glitter for decoration
Kitchen Equipment / Tools
-Mixing bowl – (for combining all the ingredients)
-Zip-lock bag or food processor – (to crush the biscuits into crumbs)
-Rolling pin – (to crush biscuits if using a zip-lock bag).
-Spoon or spatula – (for mixing the ingredients)
-Baking paper/parchment paper – (to line the tray for placing the snowballs)
-Tray – (to hold the snowballs while chilling)
-Refrigerator – (to chill the snowballs until firm)
Let's make it!
Step 1 - Crush the biscuits.
Place the biscuits in a zip-lock bag and crush them with a rolling pin until they turn into crumbs.
Step 2 - Mix the dry ingredients.
In a large bowl, combine the crushed biscuits, 1 cup of desiccated coconut, and cocoa powder.
Step 3 - Add condensed milk.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk into the bowl and mix until the ingredients
come together into a sticky dough.
Step 4 - Shape the snowballs.
Take a small amount of the mixture (about the size of a walnut)
and roll it into a ball with your hands.
Step 5 - Roll in coconut.
Roll each ball in extra desiccated coconut to coat them, making them look like snowy treats.
Step 6 - Chill.
Place the snowballs on a tray lined with baking paper and refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.
Step 7 - Serve and enjoy!
Decorate with sprinkles or edible glitter if you like.
B. Peppermint Hot Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients
- 500 ml (2 cups) milk
- 100g(3.5oz)dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar (or adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
- Crushed candy canes or chocolate shavings (optional, for garnish)
Kitchen Equipment/Tools
Saucepan – (to heat the milk and melt the chocolate)
Whisk – (to mix the cocoa powder and sugar smoothly)
Measuring cups and spoons – (for accurately measuring ingredients)
Mug – (for serving the hot chocolate)
Step 1 - Heat the milk
Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat over medium-low heat until warm (but not boiling).
Step 2 - Melt the chocolate.
Add the chopped chocolate and stir until fully melted.
Step 3 - Mix in cocoa and sugar.
Whisk in the cocoa powder and sugar until the mixture is smooth.
Step 4 - Add peppermint extract.
Stir in the peppermint extract for a festive touch.
Step 5 - Serve.
Pour the hot chocolate into mugs and top with whipped cream. Garnish with crushed candy canes or chocolate shavings.
