B. Vocabulary & Common Expressions (I) + Example Sentences


These words are commonly used in everyday conversations and can help learners expand their vocabulary and understanding of English language and culture.

-traveling from one's home to work or school on a regular basis.

(c) Mindfulness:

-being fully present and aware of one's thoughts, feelings, sensations, and surroundings, without judgment or distraction.


e.g. "Practicing mindfulness meditation helps me reduce stress and improve my focus."


(d) Perspectives

-way of viewing or understanding something; a point of view or opinion.

"Today, I woke up at 7 a.m. and prepared breakfast.


While I was cooking, I listened to a podcast about morning routines.


It mentioned the importance of starting the day with a healthy breakfast

and some light exercise.


After breakfast, I listened to some music while getting ready

These vocabulary words and expressions can help learners describe their daily routines more fluently and accurately.



Example Sentence:


(a) Wake up = rise, awaken


e.g. "Wake up! It's time for school."



(b) Get ready = prepare, groom


e.g. "After waking up, I get ready for work."

(m) Shower = bathe, cleanse


e.g. "I take a shower before going to bed."



(n) Brush teeth = dental hygiene, oral care


e.g. "Don't forget to brush your teeth before bed."
